- Participate in the development of new methods for imaging bacteria
- Building up synthetic fluorescent reporters to monitor bacteria physiology
- Genetic engineering of bacteria and bacteriophages

- Construction de rapporteurs fluorescents synthétiques pour mesurer l'état physiologique des bactéries

- Collective responsibility within the laboratory and helps to organize & coordinate the activity of the team

CONNAISSANCES EXPERTISE
- Strong training in Microbiology and bacterial physiology
- Experience in working with bacteriophages
- Knowledge in microscopy and image analysis
- Knowledge in dataset management
- Formation forte en Microbiologie et physiologie bactérienne
- Expérience de travail avec des bactériophages
- Connaissance en microscopie et analyse d'image
- Connaissance en gestion de jeux de donnés
