Job Description & Missions

Deputy Ethics and Data Privacy Officer
- Implement and monitor the Group's Ethics and Compliance program.
- Manage and report on internal and external ethics investigations.
- Contribute to internal ethical audits, annual reports, and ethical risk assessments.
- Define and oversee a specific training plan, including content development, in collaboration with management; ensure compliance with mandatory training programs with support from DECP and the Group's HR department.
- Foster a culture of ethics and compliance.
- Provide recommendations on ethics and compliance issues related to BD, M&A, and operational projects; ensure GDPR compliance.

Legal Counsel Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for projects.
- Collaborate on structuring projects within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Degree & Experience
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience relevant to the mission.
- Fluent in English and French.

- Strong leadership in network management.
- Ability to provide concise, clear, and pragmatic legal opinions.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with critical thinking, proactivity, and inventiveness.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented but autonomous manner.
- Rigorous, dynamic, and pragmatic with a business-oriented mindset.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Business Understanding
- Good knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
