PRINCIPALES MISSIONS
Au sein de l'équipe Impact, vous rejoindrez le Département RSE en tant que Responsable Nutrition Groupe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez la.le partenaire des équipes sur les sujets de nutrition, couvrant l’ensemble des marques du Groupe. Vous apporterez vision, leadership et soutien, pour déployer la stratégie nutritionnelle du Groupe et ainsi alimenter la mission de l'entreprise de fournir une alimentation plus saine et plus durable accessible à tous.
Vos principales missions dans ce rôle seront de :
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie Nutrition du Groupe, et à sa mise en œuvre dans différents pays, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales
- Apporter les contributions en nutrition nécessaires au succès des projets de développement de nouveaux produits (innovations, projets de rénovation), et des initiatives de communication des marques (pack, web, presse…)
- Soutenir les équipes Marketing dans la valorisation des atouts nutritionnels de nos produits, au niveau mondial et dans les pays
- Nourrir les équipes avec des informations nutritionnelles issues de votre veille scientifique, concurrentielle et institutionnelle
- Co-développer et soutenir les équipes locales dans la mise en œuvre d'activations de communication en nutrition (congrès, relations presse, réunions avec les parties prenantes)
- Coordonner avec les équipes locales la mise en œuvre et le suivi des programmes de sensibilisation à la nutrition, sur la base du cadre défini par le Groupe
- Suivre et assurer le reporting des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) en nutrition du Groupe
- Mener les discussions et être l'expert interne sur des sujets transversaux en nutrition, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec d'autres fonctions (foodlaw, marketing, affaires publiques…)
Dans ce poste vous serez rattaché.e au Directeur Nutrition Groupe.
PROFIL
Vous avez une formation en sciences alimentaires et/ou en nutrition avec au minimum un Master ou équivalent, et 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, dans des postes en nutrition.
Vous avez une expérience de travail dans un environnement international, au service de plusieurs pays, sur des sujets de nutrition.
Vous parlez un anglais et un français courants, avez un esprit collaboratif et orienté business, ainsi que des compétences démontrées en leadership.
Vous avez une forte volonté de conduire notre mission de fournir une alimentation plus saine et plus durable accessible à tous.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Impact Team, you will join the CSR Department as a Group Nutrition manager. In this role, you will be the business partner of the teams for both Cheese and Squeeze (fruit compotes, jams, deserts) businesses on nutrition topics, providing vision, leadership, and support, deploying the Group nutrition strategy to fuel the Company mission to provide healthier and more sustainable food accessible to all.
Your main missions in this role will be to:
- Contribute to building the Group Nutrition strategy and implement it in several geographies, working closely with local teams
- Provide nutrition inputs and recommendations for the success of new product developments projects (innovations, renovations projects), brands communication initiatives (on pack, web, press…)
- Support the brand Marketing teams in the valorization of the nutritional attributes of all our products, globally and in countries
- Nourish the teams with nutritional insights coming from your scientific, competition, institutional monitoring
- Co-develop and support the local teams with the implementation of nutrition communication activations for nutrition stakeholders (congresses, press relations, meetings), based on the Group strategy and business’s needs
- Coordinate with the local teams the implementation and monitoring of healthy lifestyle programs, based on the Group framework
- Monitor and report Group nutrition KPIs
- Lead discussions and be the internal nutrition expert on transversal topics, working closely with other functions (food law, marketing, public affairs…)
You will report to the Group Nutrition Director.
PROFILE
You have a food science and/or nutrition background with at minimum a Master degree or equivalent, and 7 to 10 years’ experience in the food industry, in nutrition positions.
You have experience working in an international environment, supporting several countries on nutrition topics.
You are fluent in English and French, with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset, and demonstrated leadership skills.
You have a strong willingness to drive our Mission to provide healthier and more sustainable food accessible to all.
