This position has been created to support a new business unit within APRIL International, aimed at strengthening the company's international expansion by opening new markets. The PMO will play a central role in supporting the directors in the analysis, planning, and implementation of strategic projects related to territorial expansion. YOUR MISSIONS : 1. Project Management :
- Support or take responsibility, as the case may BE, for the project management of expansion projects : establish project governance, create detailed action plans, coordinate the various workstreams, and produce periodic reports for steering committees to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
2. Preliminary studies for New Projects :
- Perform market study approach to determine growth potential and priorities by geographic region, considering economic, competitive, and regulatory dynamics. This would imply to initially develop, in collaboration with the Directors, a rigorous and standardised approach
- Identify and establish initial contact with potential local partners to assess the feasibility of market entry.
- Insurance product initial assessment : collect competition information, benchmarks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (legal, human resources, operations, finance, IT, Sales, etc.) to evaluate the complexity and implications of the proposed projects, while formalizing the needs and requirements for their implementation
3. Project Closure and Delivery :
- Formalize a process for transferring projects to the commercial and marketing teams, including the preparation of final deliverables and the necessary documentation to ensure operational continuity.
You will play a central role in supporting the directors in the analysis, planning, and implementation of strategic projects related to territorial expansion.As soon as you arrive, you'll BE given an induction programme to help you get to grips with the job. IND/APRI
Candidate Requirements : -Strong international culture, with fluent proficiency in English and French; knowledge of a third language is a valuable asset.-Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones, with excellent time and priority management skills.-Availability for regular business travel.-Significant experience in multicultural management, preferably in a complex international context.-In-depth understanding of the challenges related to health insurance, particularly in international health insurance.-Solid experience in consulting or project management, with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.Location : Paris, FranceLanguages : Fluent English, French, a third language is a plusEducation : Master's Degree
