The company delivers geotechnical engineering and construction services for various infrastructure projects, acting as a lead or specialist contractor.</p><p>Reporting to the Group HSE Director, this is a full-time Health & Safety Corporate Engineer role located in Rueil Malmaison, France. The role will involve extensive traveling to support the improvement of the H&S performance of the Business Units internationally. </p><p>Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>job site/yards/installations visits,</li><li>HSE internal audits,</li><li>development and implementation of health & safety training for various levels of personnel,</li><li>sharing good health & safety practices,</li><li>fostering a culture of safety within the business and encouraging proactive participation in HSE initiatives.</li></ul><br><p>• Engineering Degree and Construction Safety skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience (IOSH / NEBOSH / ISO 45001 & 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor Certificates preferred)<br>• International experience in multinational organizations and willing to frequently travel<br>• Training expertise in health & safety practices<br>• Working knowledge of international safety standards: ISO 45001, OSHA, HSE UK<br>• Incident Response: Skill in managing and responding to safety and environmental incidents, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.<br>• Fluent in English is a must, speaking French is preferable but not mandatory.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety policies, procedures, and training to personnel at all levels.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a team environment<br>• Experience in the construction or oil & gas industry</p><br><strong>Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?</strong><br><p>Convinced that the diversity within our employees is a strength, Soletanche Bachy commits to respecting a fair recruitment process ensuring equal opportunities.</p><p> </p> HAUTS-DE-SEINE

L'entité accueille la Direction Grands Projets, dont le terrain de jeu est mondial, qui acquiert et réalise des projets d'infrastructures à forte composante géotechnique type ouvrages portuaires, métros, barrages. Ces projets peuvent être réalisés conjointement avec une filiale locale ou de façon totalement indépendante par exemple dans un pays où le groupe n'est pas implanté durablement.
Elle accueille la Direction technique qui soutient les Grands Projets ainsi que le réseau des filiales sur des expertises telle que la conception d'ouvrages, les méthodes, les matériaux, le matériel, l'ingénierie logicielle embarquée et l'exploitation des données.
Elle porte enfin le pôle travaux international qui est composé de personnel chantier hautement qualifié et mobile qui est affecté pour le compte des grands projets ou dans les filiales internationales selon les besoins exprimés.
