Among the EMEA Merchandise, Buying & Planning department H/F, the Head
of Merchandise & Demand planning is responsible to provide relevant sales
& prices analysis to forecast the right demand across EMEA region. He/She
will manage a team of 6 persons and will report directly to Merchandise, Buying
& Planning Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical
skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of retail
and supply chain dynamics.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

MERCHANDISE PLANNING

Ensure relevant analysis and reports are in place to track performance across
the region and channels.

Build & share DTC 1st and 2nd choice purchasing seasonal budget in
line with current performance and company strategy/ambition.

Provide the most accurate vision of purchasing, shipment and invoicing to
finance teams during the quarterly financial exercises.

Forecast 2nd choice stock landing and validate assumptions with
Controlling teams.

DEMAND PLANNING :

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand

Consolidate and challenge forecast demand across EMEA region

Track & provide monthly adjusted forecast demand to supply planning

Responsible for International Key accounts seasonal forecast at the
ref/col level based on sell out performance and sales ambition

Work closely with sales & supply chain to have the right product at
the right time to maximize sales strategy

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

Lead and mentor a team of 6 persons fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development.

Prepare regular presentations on merchandise performance and demand
forecasts for senior management.

Work closely with the REST of MBP teams to provide them sufficient
information & guidance to support them by achieving their goals.

Participate to any projects linked to merchandise and demand planning
skills.
Graduated from a Business & Management School or University

Proven experience (+10years) in merchandise planning, demand forecasting
or business analyst

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
work collaboratively across departments.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience within an international group

Fluent English mandatory

Expert in all analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, planning software (ANAPLAN)
etc.)

Strong Management skills
